TIARA NYUZO: INTERNATIONAL SENSATION
John Therry Catholic College loves nothing more than to be a small part of the success of our students.
Tiara Nyuzo, a 2019 Drama/Music student, is part of an all girl group called H3rizon which is quickly becoming an international sensation. This week as part of their success they attended the red carpet opening of Baz Lurman's Elvis.
This all girl R&B group are making headlines world wide, with some performance highlights including:
- Their debut song ending up on a Time Square billboard
- Their debut tour around Australia as part of 'Made in the 90's' which includes renowned 90’s R&B artists such as Coolio.
H3rizon have articles in Rolling Stones Magazine and their music is being promoted by international artists including Boyz II men, Mariah Carey and Jimmy Fallon.
With a debut album about to launch Tiara contacted her drama teacher Mrs Cascarino, thanking JTCC for all the support and learning provided which has helped her develop into a person of integrity and gratitude.
The JTCC CAPA department are honoured that we get to see our students set life goals and work hard to reach their potential.
