YEAR 7 2021 TRANSITION DAY
On Monday November 30th, John Therry hosted a Transition Day for Aboriginal students that will be starting Year 7 at JTCC in 2021. The children took part in a yarning circle where our JT students were asked questions on what it was like as a Year 7 student. While boys learnt to play the Didgeridoo, the girls learnt a dance. The students were also given a tour of the school grounds before finishing off the day with making and eating toasted cheese sandwiches and eating icecream.
