SICK CHILD

• ALL Students who feel unwell must report to Sick Bay located at Student Services.
• With the current environment of Covid19 if students are unwell it is extremely important that they report to Sick Bay as we are required to fill out paperwork depending on their symptoms. Please note that Students not in Sick Bay upon your arrival will need to report to Sick Bay to be assessed which will delay your departure.
• If you have been informed your child needs to be picked up as they are unwell, please report to Reception, who will then have your child brought up from Sick Bay. If they are too unwell, the child will be escorted by a staff member to Reception.

EARLY PICK UP

• Please contact the school prior to arrival so that we can have your child ready and waiting at Reception, this can be done by calling us on 4645 8100 or writing a note in your child's diary.
• If you have not contacted the school please report to Reception and we will send for your child and they will join you at Reception. Please note that at times delays may be experienced if students are at sport, PE practical lessons or during break times.

LATE ARRIVALS

• Unaccompanied students are to report directly to Student Services or sign in at the student kiosk. Please contact the school as soon as possible, either by telephone, writing a note or updating the compass app to explain why they are late. As per current procedure, failure to explain lateness or absence will result in a text message or letter home asking for an explanation.
• Accompanied students report to Reception where they will be signed in and the reason will be noted.

DROPPING OFF ITEMS FOR STUDENTS

• If you are dropping off any items for your child please leave it with Reception we will pass it to Student Services for your child to pick up.
