MARIST RETREAT GATHERING WITH YEAR 12 LEADERS
From Sunday 24th to Tuesday the 26th, three Year 12, 2020 leaders had the privilege of joining 22 Marist schools over NSW at a retreat held at The Hermitage in Mittagong.
Luke Kotsou, Hollie Cunningham and Jessica Soh were able to engage in the experience of a life time meeting other aspiring leaders across NSW. Over the three days the students were involved in a number of leadership activites that focused on the Marist values - Love of work, Simplicity and In the Way of Mary.
On Monday night we had the pleasure of having a formal dinner with Mr Marshall and other Principals from each Marist School. This gave the students the opportunity to meet and engage with successful leaders and listen to a number of motivational leadership qualities.
The students were delighted with the experience and were able to discover the leadership style they wish to insitil in their journey throughout 2020. We wish all the year 12 leaders for 2020 the best of luck in guiding and inspiring the John Therry Catholic College Cohort over the next year.
