OUR STUDENTS SHINE A LIGHT ON AI IN EDUCATION
We are incredibly proud to share a wonderful example of our students leading the way in important digital conversations. Recently, Ethan Walker and Aiden Bryant (Year 10), alongside Lilly Avalos and Hemakshi Kesani (Year 11), represented our school with distinction as part of an expert panel discussing Artificial Intelligence in education.
Our talented students confidently tackled challenging questions about how both students and teachers are navigating the use of AI, truly enlightening the room with their thoughtful responses and articulate insights. Mr Jefferys, who accompanied them, received numerous commendations from audience members deeply impressed by our students' knowledge and presentation skills. While they certainly left a significant intellectual mark, we also hear they made a rather successful haul of vendor merchandise – a well-deserved perk for their outstanding efforts! This experience underscores our commitment to fostering critical engagement with emerging technologies and empowering our students to become informed, responsible digital citizens.
