JAPANESE INCURSION
Exploring the art of Japanese cuisine!
On Tuesday the 25th of June, our Year 9 Japanese class had a blast learning to make okonomiyaki and practising calligraphy. This was a fantastic way for our students to immerse themselves into Japanese culture!
Our Year 11 students enjoyed a feast of inarizushi, temakizushi, sushi, and misoshiru, while learning to create these delectable dishes themselves. From the kitchen to the table, a taste of Japan that's perfect for recreating at home!
